Please include:

- The specific statement or section
- What you believe is incorrect
- The corrected information
- A reliable supporting source
- The date you accessed that source
If you represent an activity operator, tourism organization, brand, booking platform, or other commercial organization, please disclose that relationship.
How We Review Corrections
Depending on the issue, we may:
- Review the source you provide
- Locate an official or primary source
- Check an operator’s current information
- Compare multiple sources
- Review archived material
- Contact a relevant organization
- Consult an appropriate specialist
- Ask you for additional information
Providing a source does not guarantee that we will adopt the exact wording requested.
Types of Changes
Minor Edit
Examples include:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Formatting
- Broken links
- Minor wording that does not change the meaning
These changes may be made without a formal correction note.
Factual Update
Examples include:
- New price
- Updated schedule
- New permit system
- Changed participant restriction
- New operating season
- Updated operator status
The article may receive a new “updated” date when the review is meaningful.
Material Correction
A material correction may be appropriate when an earlier version contained an error that could significantly affect a reader’s understanding or decision.
Examples may include:

- A significant price error
- A mistaken location
- A materially incorrect comparison
- An incorrect operator status
When appropriate, we may add a correction note.

Retraction or Removal
In rare cases, we may remove or substantially rewrite content when:
- It cannot be corrected reliably

Ranking and Recommendation Disputes
An operator or business may disagree with an editorial ranking or recommendation.
A disagreement with our opinion is not automatically a factual error.
We may reconsider a ranking if:

We do not change editorial rankings solely because a business requests a more favorable position.
Updated Dates
We do not intend to change an article’s updated date simply to make old content appear new.

Commercial Requests
We do not accept requests to remove accurate factual information solely because it is unfavorable to a business.
We also do not accept payment in exchange for:

- Removing justified criticism
- Changing a factual conclusion
- Increasing a ranking without editorial justification
Response Times
We review credible correction requests as reasonably practical.
We do not guarantee a specific response time.
Material safety issues and significant factual errors may receive priority.
